How we handle it.
X-GOLF Co., Ltd. collects information needed for product consultation and follow-up. Please do not include resident registration numbers or other information unnecessary for your inquiry.
- Information collected
- Name, phone, email, company/venue, product/model of interest, project purpose, installation location and space, timing, message, source page/campaign and consent record. API submissions also process a non-identifying connection hash to prevent duplicates and misuse.
- Purpose of use
- Product consultation, site review, configuration/quotation/schedule discussions, inquiry history and follow-up, and prevention of repeated or automated submissions.
- Retention period
- One year from receipt. If a contract is signed or a separate retention obligation applies, information is retained for the approved period and then deleted.
- Access and permissions
- Public visitors can submit inquiries. Only authorized sales and operations staff may view or edit them. Permission to delete personal information is managed separately.
Withholding consent and exercising your rights
You may decline collection and use, but we cannot easily reply without contact details. For access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, provide the inquiry date and your contact details so we can verify the person and record concerned.
Email inquiries and attribution
Email inquiries require you to complete sending in your email app. Form entries are not kept in browser storage. Only campaign attribution is stored in the current tab's session storage to understand inquiry sources.
